- Dunham’s site content needed to appeal to building owners and potential new employees, but 90 percent of its business comes from architects, and its bread-and-butter is repeat business from architecture firms. Dunham wanted a “bold,” “clean” and “refined,” not “cluttered look.” They needed to look and sound not like engineering firms, but like other architecture firms.
